Bertie and Boo 'JUNGLE BOUNCE' Party - CONTACT CENTRE SW4

It's a JUNGLE out there!  The Contact Center, Abbeville village, Clapham is the perfect height for JUNGLE BOUNCE! Two huge fun JUNGLE themed Bouncy castles and huge JUNGLE slides and obstacles to jump about and have fun on:)  You will be the king of the JUNGLE! Get ready to have a wild time!


Bertie and Boo organise everything.

Just arrive with a cake! :)

The whole venue is exclusively yours: The whole venue is exclusively yours so the children can stretch and run. The events team will have set up before you arrive and the teams will be on standby- one team dedicated to looking after the adult guests and Bertie and/or Boo ready to meet, greet and entertain the little guests.

'BOUNCE': Bertie and Boo jump about with the children for about 40 minutes which always includes a fun disco with dancing competitions and treasure hunts through the imaginatively themed inflatables

 

Food for all the children is included: 

Appearing (slightly red faced :) we are ready for a picnic tea of fun buckets and spades! -Filled with sandwiches, pots of fresh fruit, organic juice boxes and hula hoop and pom-bear crisps running through the table.. The birthday cake is brought out and we all sing happy birthday and served for pudding!

N:B You will also be given the option to upgrade to hot food with homemade Margarita pizzas and hot sausages or popcorn chicken running through the table also- if preferred.

Wondrous Magic Show: 

After food it's the family magic show! Filled with puppetry, singing and hilarious wondrous visual magic. The upbeat magic show lasts for approximately 30 minutes and concludes the party.

Bounce venues are perfect for children 3 years to 6 years. Adventure Island is perfect for preschool- 5 years down to toddlers and babies.
Bounce parties offer unlimited adults and up to x 20 children. The 20 children max cut off is in place so the performer can play and interact with the children as opposed to crowd control and for heathy and safety reasons on the inflatables. This is also part of our insurance policy. Lunch time (2) party slots- 2.00pm-3.30pm
Tea time Party slots- 4.00pm-5.30pm
Sunday mornings:
Brunch time party slots- 10.00am-11.30am
Lunch time party slots- 12.00pm-1.30pm.

The party format is packed with disco's, games, food and a family magic show. The first 40 minutes is classed as 'free play' with interactive games led by your performer and a chance for your little one to settle in, explore and play with their friends. The first 40 minutes is designed to be relaxed, with parents arriving and dropping the children in that time (with no worries about late comers!). After 40 minutes and once everyones has arrived, the whole party becomes a little more structured with food time, birthday cake and then the highlight of the party...the magic show! The whole event lasts for 1.5 hours (timings are 40-play, 20-food-, 30-show) with enough time at the end for party bags,balloons if ordered, putting on shoes, pick ups etc. It is designed to conclude and then a slow wind down so nobody feels rushed. 

Bertie and Boo are party venues so are decorated, with fun music and teams to look after little ones and adults alike. You are more than welcome to bring more decorations on the day if there is a certain theme your little one loves etc.. although not necessary. The whole idea of a Bertie and Boo party is to arrive with a cake and just enjoy!
  
In the week leading to your party  you will receive an email (on the Monday before) asking for final numbers and dietary requirements. It will also offer the chance to book in party bags, hot food upgrade, balloon modelling and adult extras such as prosecco on arrival, cheese boards, charcuterie boards..etc..if you so wish.

Adventure themed soft play: Bertie and Boo jump about in the play areas with the children for about 40 minutes which always includes a fun disco with dancing competitions and treasure hunts.
