Standard party package

A two-hour party, which is run by either Bertie or Boo, or the two together if you wish!

On the day of the party Bertie or Boo arrive at your home or local hall dressed in fun, bright colourful costumes. Bertie or Boo will always arrive twenty minutes prior to the party and put up the pop up set and as soon as the children arrive will welcome them and give them a Bertie and Boo name badge. They will then start :

A 50-minute magic show:  The show is interactive, fun filled-designed to enrapture your child from beginning to end with; spell-bounding magic, hilarious puppets, interactive storytelling, balloon animals and singing with actions. The high lights of the show are:

• A chance to cook magic birthday cookies and dress up as chefs
• A visit from one of our delightful (Usually very naughty) puppets
• Wonderful prizes including a Bertie or Boo teddy for the birthday child, which he/she helps us to produce by magic
• Story telling: Bertie and Boo take you on an imaginative journey! We invite the children to unravel a story with us, providing costumes, colourful props and music. The stories vary depending on the children’s ages and Bertie and Boo will endeavour to incorporate your child’s favourite theme be it spaceships, soldiers, fairies or animals.

We then have a break for tea or lunch and after we have all sung happy birthday we have 40 /45 minutes of fun filled games.

The games section: is designed to get the children on their feet and thoroughly involved. The games include shark-infested seas, action games, limbo dancing and pass the parcel. (which we provide.) We also have a parachute and huge air cube, which is unique and marvelous fun!

If your child enjoys dancing we also do dance routines and competitions. We have an excellent sound system, microphones, and all the latest music and we even provide all the prizes too!

Not sure which package to go for?

We usually recommend the standard package with one performer for groups up to 20 children. If you are thinking of having a larger group and you want the ‘wow’ factor then 2 performers is the right package for you. We would also recommend you choose 2 performers for groups of lively boys!

Extra’s that we can offer:

Balloon models:

Bertie and Boo can provide a balloon model for every child at an additional cost of £1.50 per model. We bring the models made to the party and will decorate the set with them (which looks fantastic!) and hand them out at the end of the party. The models include: flowers, monkey climbing up a tree, penguins, butterflies, dogs, cats, dolphins, snakes, and parrots. Some mothers choose to provide every child with a balloon model instead of a party bag.

Booking procedure

If you are thinking of booking a party we recommend that you call us on 0207 326 4031. Once you have agreed on your party format and confirmed the date with us, we would ask you to send a 10% deposit as confirmation of your booking to:
